CCT Pressure Sensors

Amphenol i2s Climate Control Transmitter (CCT) Pressure Sensors are designed for measuring the pressure of vehicle coolants. These sensors are hermetically sealed with a robust aluminum case and offer a cost-effective solution for vehicle climate control systems. The series provides reliable, precise measurement data over a broad temperature range. Amphenol i2s CCT Pressure Sensors are designed to meet the needs of the automobile industry and conform with current electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and electrostatic discharge (ESD) regulations.

CCT High-Pressure/Temperature Sensors

Amphenol i2s CCT High-Pressure/Temperature Sensors are developed for the high pressures and temperatures in CO2 heat pumps (R744) primarily used for thermal management in vehicles with electric drive (EV). A digital single-wire interface (LIN) ensures reliable transmission of the pressure and temperature readings. A robust stainless steel design enables the sensor to withstand high pressures and temperatures, while a stainless steel pressure measuring element and specially developed additional correction function (for the temperature readings) enable high measuring accuracy.
