MAX42405/MAX42406 Synchronous Buck Converters

Analog Devices Inc. MAX42405/MAX42406 Synchronous Buck Converters are tiny, 36V, 5A/6A synchronous buck converters with integrated high- and low-side switches. Delivering up to 6A, the ICs feature wide input voltages ranging from 4.5V to 36V. Voltage quality can be monitored by observing the PGOOD signal. The ICs can operate in dropout by running at a very high duty cycle, making it ideal for industrial applications. Available in a small 3.5mm x 3.75mm, 17-pin Flip-Chip Quad Flat No lead (FC2QFN) package, The MAX42405/MAX42406 converters use very few external components.
