XAL / XFL Power Inductors

Coilcraft XAL / XFL Power Inductors offer larger terminations for lower DCR and stronger solder joint. Other features include soft saturation characteristics, up to 125°C ambient operating temperature, and low DCR per mm³. These inductors deliver the highest performance in the smallest possible space using wirewound construction. They are housed in a rugged, magnetic shielding body. Coilcraft XAL / XFL Power Inductors come in a wide range of footprints and heights to fit any application.

XAL50xx High Current Shielded Power Inductors

Coilcraft XAL50xx High Current Shielded Power Inductors are mechanically rugged and magnetically shielded for use in high-density power converter circuits. They offer high current ratings, making them ideal for high switching frequencies with low AC losses. These high-performance molded power inductors offer an inductance range of 5.6µH to 22µH and no thermal aging. The XAL50xx series utilizes a composite construction to minimize audible buzzing. They meet AEC-Q200 Grade 1 standards (-40°C to +125°C) with a 165°C max part temperature. A sample kit is available.
