XEL Ultra-Low Loss Shielded Power Inductors

Coilcraft XEL Ultra-Low Loss Shielded Power Inductors offer exceptionally low DCR and ultra-low AC losses for high-switching frequencies of 2MHz to 5MHz. These inductors feature a 20% tolerance, superior current handling with soft saturation characteristics, and composite construction to minimize audible buzzing. The XEL4020 and XEL4030 meet AEC-Q200 Grade 1 (-40°C to +125°C) requirements for high-temperature applications and are RoHS-compliant and halogen-free. XEL fixed inductors include models with inductance values ranging from 70nH to 12µH and maximum DC currents ranging from 3.8A to 33.3A.
