Comchip Technology's Low Profile Rectifiers offers excellent power dissipation which provides better reverse leakage current and thermal resistance. These Low Profile Rectifiers come in a low profile package that is 40% thinner than the standard SOD-123. Comchip's Low Profile Rectifiers are available in general purpose, fast recovery, super fast recovery and ultra fast recovery versions. The Comchip Low Profile Rectifiers are available with a 1.0 Amp forward current rating and reverse voltage ratings from 50 to 1000V. These Low Profile Rectifiers features high current capability, high surge capability and glass passivated chip junction.
