DT050CTFT 5" IPS LCD Modules

Displaytech DT050CTFT 5" IPS LCD Modules offer a wide formfactor with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. These LCD modules feature a 3.3V to 3.45V supply voltage range, 80° viewing angle, 30ms response time, 30000 hours of backlight life, and 24-bit signal interface. The DT050CTFT modules integrate an LCD panel, display drivers, an FPC display cable with RGB and SPI interface, and an adjustable LED backlight unit. These modules operate from -20°C to 70°C temperature range. The DT050CTFT-IPS-SHB-PTS module is equipped with an additional capacitive touch panel. Typical applications include industrial devices, consumer devices, and medical devices.
