NTC Thermistors

EPCOS NTC Thermistors provide voltage and noise suppression as well as temperature measurement and compensation in automotive applications. These thermistors feature multilayer NTC with inner electrodes, nickel barrier termination, and superior resistance stability during soldering. EPCOS NTC Thermistors offer excellent long-term aging stability in high-temperature environments.

Thermistors

EPCOS / TDK Thermistors include negative temperature coefficient (NTC) and positive temperature coefficient (PTC) thermistors. The NTC thermistors offer a nickel barrier termination and long-term stability in high-temperature and high-humidity environments. The PTC series features thermally sensitive semiconductor resistors made of ceramic components in which electrical resistance rapidly increases when a certain temperature is exceeded.
