S14, S10, & S07 SIOV Metal Oxide Leaded Varistors

EPCOS / TDK S14, S10, and S07 SIOV Metal Oxide Leaded Varistors are engineered for use in communication systems, household appliances, and power supply units. These high-performance varistors are also ideal for consumer and power metering applications. EPCOS / TDK S14, S10, and S07 SIOV Metal Oxide Leaded Varistors are constructed using a round leaded varistor element, UL 94V-0 flame-retardant epoxy resin coating, and tinned wire terminals. All three variants are RoHS compliant.

S14 SIOV Metal Oxide Leaded Varistors

Epcos TDK S14 SIOV Metal Oxide Leaded Varistors are high-performance varistors with a small ø14mm disk and wide 130VRMS to 625VRMS operating voltage range. These compact varistors feature a 4.5kA to 6kA peak surge current range and 260pF to 440pF capacitance range. Applications include consumer, power metering, communication systems, household appliances, and power supply units.
