FSM:FSA Embedded Image Sensor Ecosystem

FRAMOS FSM:FSA Embedded Image Sensor Ecosystem features dual-board sensor modules that are the perfect foundation for embedded vision systems and applications. The FRAMOS dual-board sensor modules are integrated modules comprising two components: the FRAMOS Sensor Modules (FSM) (image sensor location) and the FRAMOS Sensor Adapter (FSA) that forwards the sensor data. FSM:FSAs come with many best-in-class image sensors that offer the freedom and flexibility to choose the module that perfectly matches the requirements of a user's application. The modular concept enables users to choose, evaluate, and change hardware/software to design an embedded vision application to perfection.

FFA-FFC40-Kit Flat Flex Cable (FFC) Kit

FRAMOS FFA-FFC40-Kit Flat Flex Cable (FFC) Kit provides all the components required to upgrade an existing FRAMOS Sensor Module (FSM) setup using Flat Flex Cabling (FFC). Both connectors in the kit comply with the FRAMOS PixelMate™ standard, ensuring compatibility with all supported components. The components in this kit are passive and do not affect functional or software operations. Reference implementations of MIPI CSI-2 (D-PHY) drivers that leverage platform-specific data interfaces are provided. These implementations facilitate communication with the image sensor and enable its initialization, offering seamless access to its features. The software package empowers embedded software engineers to easily access the streaming system while providing all necessary tools to customize it for specific application requirements.
