The FS7 series provides long-term stability, stable platinum technology, a symmetrical heater design, and heightened sensitivity. Other features include simple signal processing, simple calibration, and excellent reproducibility. Innovative Sensor Technology FS7 Thermal Mass Flow Sensors have a 0m/s to 100m/s operating measuring range, 0.01m/s response sensitivity, and -20°C to +150°C operating temperature range. Typical applications include compressed air billing, HVAC - building automation, automotive, medical, device monitoring, and coolant monitoring.
