MX81D High-Current Automotive Connectors

JAE Electronics MX81D High-Current Automotive Connectors support up to 25A in a compact, wire-to-board design with a terminal tab size of 2.8mm. These non-waterproof connectors are engineered for use in automotive applications, especially as the trend toward electrification requires higher-power components. The connectors pass USCAR-2 standard requirements, while the safety-conscious design complies with the IEC 60664-1 standard. A preset retainer in the socket connector detects partial insertion of terminals, improving work efficiency and supporting harness automation. JAE Electronics MX81D High-Current Automotive Connectors provide high contact reliability and robustness, supporting wires ranging from 1.5mm2 to 4mm2. Applications include battery management systems (BMS), motor drives, power steering, and vehicle lighting.
