Automotive-Grade MLCCs

KEMET Automotive-Grade MLCCs are suited for a variety of applications that require proven, reliable performance in harsh environments. While both C0G and X7R Automotive-Grade MLCCs boast a negligible change in capacitance with reference to ambient temperature, the C0G MLCCs exhibit no change in capacitance with respect to time and voltage. Both X7R and C0G capacitors have a maximum operating temperature of 125°C. KEMET automotive-grade capacitors meet AEC-Q200 qualification requirements and are manufactured in ISO/TS 16949:2002-certified facilities.
