Micro Commercial Components (MCC) SKxxFLQ Automotive Schottky Barrier Rectifiers are meticulously engineered to meet AEC-Q101 standards and offer voltages from 40V to 200V. These rectifiers offer high surge capability and a low-profile design with a maximum standing height of 1.25mm (about 50% shorter than the traditional SMA package). With forward current capabilities of 3A or 5A, the rectifiers are ideal for a broad range of applications where space is limited.
