SAM L22 ARM-based Microcontrollers

Microchip SAM L22 ARM-based Microcontrollers (MCUs) are ultra-low-power segment LCD microcontrollers using the 32-bit ARM® Cortex®-M0+ processor. These MCUs drive up to 320 LCD segments and range from 48- to 100-pins with up to 256KB Flash and 32KB of SRAM. The SAM L22 devices operate at a maximum frequency of 32MHz and reach 2.46 CoreMark®/MHz.

32-Bit SAM L Microcontrollers

Microchip Technology 32-Bit SAM L Microcontrollers are ultra-low-power MCUs based on an Arm® Cortex®-M23 or Cortex-M0+ core. The SAM L MCUs feature innovative picoPower® technology, delivering power consumption as low as 25µA/MHz in active mode, under 100nA in sleep mode, and fast wake-up times of 1.2µS. In addition to ultra-low-power capabilities, these devices feature an enhanced Peripheral Touch Controller (PTC), robust security, Arm TrustZone® technology, Advanced Encryption, and Standard (AES) encryption. These devices are ideal for battery-powered IoT and wearables.

Ultra-Low-Power 32-bit MCU Ecosystem

Microchip Ultra-Low-Power 32-bit MCU Ecosystem is a wide selection of ultra-low-power and low-power MCUs providing low power consumption, culminating in less than 35uA/MHz active and 200nA sleep current.
