SPHSA-152+ Surface Mount Phase Shifter

Mini-Circuits SPHSA-152+ Surface Mount Phase Shifter offers an 800MHz to 1500MHz frequency range, 50Ω impedance rating, and 20V control voltage. This phase shifter provides precise 360° phase control, supporting various popular cellular and communications application bands. Housed in a shielded, 12-lead package with wrap-around terminations, the SPHSA-152+ measures 0.44" x 0.74" x 0.19". Mini-Circuits SPHSA-152+ Surface Mount Phase Shifter provides a low insertion loss of 2.8dB and good VSWR of 1.2:1.
