Molex Mini-Fit® Connectors

Molex Mini-Fit® Family offers design flexibility for wire-to-wire, wire-to-board and board-to-board configurations in high current, high density applications. Features of the Molex Mini-Fit Family include fully isolated contacts, positive housing locks, low engagement forces, and polarized headers. The Mini-Fit connectors are available in single-row or dual-row with 2- to 24-circuits and multiple plating options. Designed with a rated voltage of 600V, the Molex Mini-Fit connectors are ideally suited for power applications in the security, computer, and medical industries.

Mini-Fit Connector Family

Mini-Fit Plus HCS 4.2mm Pitch Connectors

Molex Mini-Fit Plus HCS (High-Current System) 4.2mm Connectors deliver up to 13A using with extended durability for higher-current, mid-range power applications without increasing design footprints. The Mini-Fit Plus HCS product family consists of crimp terminals, headers, and PCB receptacles. Capable of up to 100 mating cycles in higher current environments, Molex Mini-Fit Plus HCS Connectors are well-suited for desktop, power supply, telecommunications, industrial, medical, marine, and Military Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS), and mid-range power applications. The connectors are available in wire-to-wire, wire-to-board and board-to-board configurations, and now as Dual Row Vertical Headers.

Molex Fit power connectors range from the 2.50mm pitch Nano-Fit to the 5.7mm pitch Mega-Fit connectors. Molex Mini-Fit Jr. Connectors are ideal for higher-current / higher-density applications that require design flexibility for wire-to-wire and wire-to-board configurations. Molex Mini-Fit Jr. connectors are made for power applications up to 9.0A per circuit. The connectors feature fully isolated terminals, positive housing locks, low-engagement forces, and polarized housings. They are UL recognized, CSA approved, and TUV licensed. All components are lead free and RoHS compliant. Molex Mini-Fit Jr. Connectors are available in a single row or dual row, 2 to 24 circuit options, and multiple plating and material selections.
