MPQ4325-AEC1 Switching Voltage Regulators

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPQ4325-AEC1 Switching Voltage Regulators are synchronous step-down converters that operate at 200KHz to 2.5MHz configurable frequency range. These voltage regulators provide up to 5A of highly efficient output current (I_out) with peak current mode control. The MPQ4325-AEC1 switching voltage regulators operate at a 3.3V to 36V input voltage (V_IN) range and accommodate a variety of step-down applications in automotive input environments. These switching voltage regulators feature Over-Current Protection (OCP) in hiccup mode. The MPQ4325-AEC1 regulators operate at -40°C to 150°C temperature range. These switching voltage regulators are available in a QFN-14 4mm x 4mm package. The MPQ4325-AEC1 regulators are ideal for automotive infotainment, automotive clusters, Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS), and industrial power systems.
