NXP Semiconductors K32 L2 Microcontrollers (MCU) feature a low-power Arm® Cortex®-M0+ core, coupled with a rich set of power-optimised integrated peripherals. The K32 L2 MCUs offer memory scalability from 64KB to 512KB of flash, and from 32kB to 128kB SRAM. These devices also include high-precision mixed-signal integration featuring a high-resolution 16-bit ADC with single and differential pair input mode options, and a 12-bit DAC with DMA support, allowing them to offload the core and leave it available to perform other important tasks.
