MPL3115 & MPL3150 Digital Pressure Sensors

NXP Semiconductors MPL3115 and MPL3150 Digital Pressure Sensors feature a compact design and an I2C digital interface. NXP Semiconductors MPL3115 and MPL3150 sensors have a wide operating range of 20kPa to 110kPa and 50kPa to 150kPa. These sensors cover all surface elevations and are equipped with a piezoresistive MEMS and an on-chip temperature sensor. The devices provide temperature-compensated pressure readings in Pascals and temperature readings in Celsius. High-resolution ADCs ensure accurate and digitized outputs.
