STM32H5 Arm® Cortex®-M33 32-Bit MCU+FPU

STMicroelectronics STM32H5 Arm® Cortex®-M33 32-Bit MCU+FPU extends the STM32 high-performance portfolio and offers enhanced performance and power efficiency. The STMicroelectronics STM32H5 has 128KB of Flash, 32KB of RAM, 25- to 64-pin WLCSP packages, and LQFP profiles. The line contains the Arm Cortex-M33 with DSP and floating‐point unit (FPU) running up to 250MHz. The STM32H5 supports a variety of security features, including the Secure Manager. The Secure Manager is an STMicroelectronics trusted execution environment security framework compliant with Arm Platform Security Architecture (PSA) specifications for Arm Cortex-M (Armv8-M). The Secure Manager aims to simplify the security development cycle of embedded applications by providing ready-to-use security services.
