ULN200x/ULN200xA Seven Darlington Arrays

STMicroelectronics ULN200x/ULN200xA Seven Darlington Arrays offer high-voltage and high-current, containing seven open collector Darlington pairs with common emitters. Each channel on the ULN200x and ULN200xA is rated at 500mA and can withstand peak currents of 600mA. The STM ULN200x/ULN200xA Arrays include suppression diodes for inductive load driving, and the inputs are pinned opposite the outputs to simplify board layout.
