Taiwan Semiconductors PU3 Ultra-Fast Surface Mount Rectifiers are AEC-Q101 qualified and feature a repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 100V, 200V, or 600V. These devices offer planar technology, low power loss, high efficiency, and are ideal for automated placement. Taiwan Semiconductors PU3 Ultra-Fast Surface Mount Rectifiers have a forward current of 3A and are available in DO-214AA (SMB), DO-214AB (SMC), DO-214AC, or SOD-128 package styles. These devices are ideal for high-frequency switching, DC/DC, and snubber applications.
