ADS111xL 16-Bit Delta-Sigma ADCs

Texas Instruments ADS111xL 16-Bit Delta-Sigma Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADCs) are precision, low-power, 16-bit, I2C-compatible ADCs offered in ultra-small, 12-pin DSBGA, and 10-pin VSSOP packages. The ADS111xL incorporates a low-drift voltage reference and an oscillator. It also incorporates a programmable gain amplifier (PGA) and a digital comparator. These features, along with the device's wide operating supply range, are useful for power- and space-constrained sensor measurement applications.
