SN74ACT14/SN74ACT14-Q1 Hex Inverters

Texas Instruments SN74ACT14/SN74ACT14-Q1 Hex Inverters include TTL-compatible Schmitt-trigger inputs that support slow and noisy input signals. This inverter drives 50Ω transmission lines and operates within the 4.5V to 5.5V voltage range. The SN74ACT14/SN74ACT14-Q1 inverter features a continuous ±24mA output drive at 5V and supports up to ±75mA output drive at 5V in short bursts. This inverter is available in a wettable flank QFN package. The SN74ACT14-Q1 inverter is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. This inverter is used to invert a digital signal, debounce a switch, and synchronize inverted clock inputs.
