T55 SMT Polymer Capacitors

Vishay T55 SMT Polymer Capacitors feature ultra-low equivalent series resistance (ESR) and come in a molded case available in eight case codes. These Vishay solid tantalum surface mount chip capacitors feature level 3 moisture sensitivity and operate in a -55°C to +105°C temperature range. T55 caps offer a 3.3µF to 1000µF capacitance range and a 2.5V_DC to 63V_DC voltage rating. The series is designed for use in a variety of applications, including decoupling/smoothing/filtering, bulk energy storage in wireless cards, infrastructure equipment, and more.

Tantalum Polymer Capacitors

Vishay Tantalum Polymer Capacitors are a family of compact, low-ESR, surface mount capacitors ranging from 1µF - 1000µF capacitance, with operating temperatures from -55°C to +105°C.
