Mini TOPLED® LEDs

ams OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs have been tailored to the demands of public and private passenger transport for high brightness and high quality. These LEDs combine pleasant white light with a much longer lifetime of up to 50,000 hours. OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs are among the most economical on the market, consuming only 0.1W. From an operating current of 20mA, the Mini Topled achieves a typical luminous intensity of 1700mcd at a color temperature of 4000K, and 1900mcd at 6500K. Luminous intensity in candela corresponds to luminous flux in lumen emitted by a light source in a particular solid angle.

AQAA-20 BELAGO 1.1 Dot Projector

ams OSRAM AQAA-20 BELAGO 1.1 Dot Projector is a proprietary infrared dot-pattern illuminator for stereoscopic imaging and structured light platforms with an eye-safety feature. It produces a focus-free, high-contrast dot pattern that algorithms can use to address low-texture situations and achieve high-accuracy depth maps. An additional benefit of the dot pattern is a reduction of the computational load required to perform the depth calculation. The ams OSRAM AQAA-20 BELAGO 1.1 dot-pattern illuminator is provided in a miniature package that is compatible with standard lead-free reflow processes. As such, it can be successfully used onboard a great variety of 3D sensing platforms, from mobile to IoT to robotics, both for stereoscopic imaging and structured light. AQAA-20 BELAGO 1.1 emitters project 5k dots, focus-free, in a random pattern at 940nm.
