Hyperlux Image Sensors

onsemi CMOS Image Sensor Solutions include the Hyperlux™ sensing portfolio, offering a wide range of high‑performance image and depth sensors for automotive, industrial, and commercial applications. The onsemi Hyperlux image sensor families deliver exceptional image quality with low power consumption, combining high dynamic range and superior low‑light performance for reliable operation in challenging lighting conditions, while Hyperlux™ ID adds advanced indirect time‑of‑flight (iToF) depth sensing with real‑time 3D measurement, global shutter technology, and integrated depth processing to simplify system design and ensure optimal results across diverse environments.

AR2020 Hyperlux Image Sensor Power Tree

onsemi AR2020 Hyperlux Image Sensor Power Tree is a part of the Hyperlux LP family, which includes feature-rich, ultra-low power devices (20MP, 1/1.8” format). The power tree is designed to support three different input voltages starting from 5V, 18V, and 48V while enabling flexible powering through LDOs, Buck Converters, and a PMIC. It also provides power for onsemi's local ISP and remote ISP via the PMIC, ensuring optimized performance across diverse configurations.

AR2020 Hyperlux™ LP 20 MP Image Sensors

onsemi AR2020 Hyperlux™ LP 20MP Image Sensors are 1/1.8" back-side illuminated (BSI) stacked CMOS digital image sensors with a 5120 x 3840 active-pixel array. The AR2020 modules capture images in linear or enhanced dynamic range (eDR) modes, along with a rolling-shutter readout. These advanced sensors offer an architecture and design structure that provides high-quality performance while consuming ultra-low power. The AR2020 series is supported by a 1.4μm BSI pixel from onsemi and delivers excellent performance in lowlight and near-infrared (NIR) wavelengths. onsemi AR2020 Hyperlux LP 20MP Image Sensors feature a smart region of interest (ROI), which delivers more than one ROI to give a context view of the scene at reduced bandwidth and a separate ROI in original detail. Applications include biometrics, video conferencing (VC), virtual and augmented reality, machine vision, and other related fields.

Premier Reference Image Sensor Modules Ecosystem

onsemi Premier Reference Image Sensor Modules (PRISM) Ecosystem enables the development of intelligent, high-performance vision systems. The PRISM Ecosystem is a pre-optimized sub-system solution developed with onsemi’s industrial and commercial image sensors. This pre-tuned solution optimizes lens, sensor, and interface in a modular format. Additionally, any emerging sensors introduced by onsemi will include PRISM as a part of its standard deliverables. The modules, combined with hardware adapters and ecosystem partner development kits, can be used for prototyping purposes and shorten the prototype design process for faster time to market.

Hyperlux LP Sensors

onsemi Hyperlux LP Sensors provide a wide range of image and depth sensors for automotive, industrial, and commercial applications. onsemi Hyperlux image sensors offer unique features and capabilities that deliver excellent image quality at low power consumption. These sensors are built to overcome challenging lighting conditions by providing high dynamic range and low-light performance to give your system great results in any circumstances.
