Keysight InfiniiVision 4000 X-Series oscilloscopes incorporate a large 12.1" WVGA capacitive touch display with an exclusive InfiniiScan Zone touch triggering and patented MegaZoom IV smart memory technology. The oscilloscopes integrate the capabilities of seven instruments in one: oscilloscope channels, logic channels, digital voltmeter (DVM), dual-channel WaveGen function/arbitrary waveform generator, frequency response analyzer, 8-digit hardware counter, and serial protocol analyzer including USB. All of the instruments are upgradable, including bandwidth.

The InfiniiVision 4000 X-Series oscilloscopes incorporate 200MHz, 350MHz, 500MHz, 1GHz, and 1.5GHz bandwidth options with four analog channels on digital signal oscilloscope (DSO) models. The oscilloscopes also offer a sample rate of 5 gigasamples per second and standard 4 Mpts memory. These InfiniiVision 4000 X-Series oscilloscopes feature uncompromised 1,000,000 waveforms/sec update rate and host of connectivity options including USB 2.0 (three host, one device), LAN, VGA out, and optional general-purpose interface bus.
