IN-C40PUxTK UVC LEDs

Inolux IN-C40PUxTK UVC LEDs are 10mW 4040 UVC LEDs designed with good thermal dissipation and high efficiency. These LEDs feature an optional optical quartz dome-shaped lens with a viewing angle of 30° to 120°. The IN-C40PUxTK LEDs offer a wavelength ranging from 270nm to 285nm and an Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) of 2KV. These UVC LEDs are designed to operate at a forward voltage of 9V and a maximum operating temperature of 65°C. These LEDs are MSL 4 qualified according to J-STD 020 standards and are RoHS and REACH compliant. The IN-C40PUxTK LEDs are SMD-type LEDs that can be used in various fields including medical and industrial facility applications.
