MMIC Amplifiers (MMA)

MicroWave Technology MMIC Amplifiers (MMA) are based on InGaP HBT, pHEMT, and Linear MESFET technologies. These amplifiers are high-performance, low-cost, and high-power amplifiers. The MMIC Amplifiers include high linearity, fully matched WiMax power amplifiers, and broadband gain blocks as well. Military screening is available on hermetically sealed package products. These amplifiers are used in point-to-point radio applications in high-power, high-linearity, driver amplifiers, traveling-wave amplifiers, microwave and wireless communication systems, optical instrumentation, and WiMax/WLAN driver amplifiers.
