OSCONIQ® S 5050 LEDs

ams OSRAM OSCONIQ^® S 5050 LEDs offer an impressive high efficacy performance with a 6V LED equipped with flip-chip technology. These LEDs are designed with a 120° viewing angle, provide enhanced light quality, and are DLC premium lifetime certified for long-term reliability. These OSCONIQ S 5050 leadframe packages elevate the robustness and stability to a higher standard with superior corrosion protection proven to surpass even automotive standards. This significantly improves the appropriateness for outdoor professional lighting. The QFN cast 5050 LEDs are ideally used in indoor, outdoor, and industrial lighting applications such as streetlights, floodlights, and high-bay fixtures.

Mini TOPLED® LEDs

ams OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs have been tailored to the demands of public and private passenger transport for high brightness and high quality. These LEDs combine pleasant white light with a much longer lifetime of up to 50,000 hours. OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs are among the most economical on the market, consuming only 0.1W. From an operating current of 20mA, the Mini Topled achieves a typical luminous intensity of 1700mcd at a color temperature of 4000K, and 1900mcd at 6500K. Luminous intensity in candela corresponds to luminous flux in lumen emitted by a light source in a particular solid angle.

OSCONIQ® S 5050 High Power LEDs

Ams OSRAM OSCONIQ® S 5050 High Power LEDs offer optimum performances for high efficacy luminaires. Robust, long-life LEDs with great performance combined with DLC Premium Lifetime offered in minimum to standard CRI whites. The LEDs enhance corrosion resistance, improved ESD protection, fully compatible solder pads and symmetrical luminance. The lead frame package features extra protective coatings and plating layers in a 5.0mm x 5.0mm x 0.07mm package.
