The Si86xxT's operating parameters remain stable across wide temperature ranges and throughout device service life. This feature allows ease of design and highly consistent performance. All Skyworks Si86xxT versions feature Schmitt-trigger inputs for high noise immunity and require only VDD bypass capacitors.
