TLP34xxSRx Photorelays

Toshiba TLP34xxSRx Photorelays consist of a photo MOSFET optically coupled to an infrared Light Emitting Diode (LED). Toshiba TLP34xxSRx Photorelays feature a very small ON-resistance, low OFF-state current, and low output pin capacitance. These surface mount devices are housed in a compact S-VSON4T package and are suitable for high-frequency signal applications, measuring instruments, high-speed logic IC testers, high-speed memory testers, and automatic test equipment. The TLP3475SRx Photorelay includes a built-in input resistor, eliminating the need for an external input resistor and saving additional PCB space.
