Diotec Semiconductor DI045N10PT-AQ N-Channel Power MOSFET supports a drain‑source voltage of 100V and delivers 45A continuous drain current at 25°C. This diode offers 54W power dissipation and on‑resistance as low as 10mΩ at VGS = 10 V. The DI045N10PT-AQ MOSFET features low profile height, low gate charge, logic level drive, and fast switching times. This diode is housed in a PowerQFN 3×3 package and is AEC‑Q101 qualified. Typical applications include power management units, battery-powered devices, load switches, and polarity protection.
