BQ25176MEVM Evaluation Module

Texas Instruments bq25176MEVM Evaluation Module evaluates and tests the various operating modes of the BQ25176M. The bq25176M is a Li-Ion, Li-Poly, and LiFePO4 chemistry battery charger IC for a single cell. The TI bq25176EVM includes the bq25176 IC, TPS7B8133 LDO, support circuits, several jumpers, and connectors. The S1 (VSET) enables selected output voltages to be programmed. R9 resistor permits a wide range of adjustment of VSET. R22 can be used to change ISET value and fast charge current. Meanwhile, the R19 can adjust BIAS and the battery temp sensor to simulate hot and cold faults.
