TGH Thermal Pads

Ohmite TGH Thermal Pads feature a 200µm ±20 typical thickness, 100kPa clamping force, and UL 94V-0 compliant flammability rating. The flexible granite materials are die-cut to ensure an exact fit and help reduce module-to-module variation during assembly. These Thermal Interface Materials (TIMs) are designed for use in applications requiring reliable performance, low contact resistance, and high thermal conductivity. Ohmite TGH Thermal Pads are ideal for motor drives, thermo-electric devices, power supply modules, and telecommunication applications.
