The PSOC 4100S Plus integrates custom digital peripheral functions, memory, and an Arm® Cortex®-M0+ MCU on a single chip with flexible automatic routing. The PSOC 4100S Plus programmable digital peripheral functions enable high flexibility, in-field tuning of the design, and faster time-to-market. The PSOC 4100S Plus devices integrate an MCU, standard communication and timing peripherals, a capacitive touch sensing system, and excellent performance.
