The SBR2M60S1F is optimized for low leakage to minimize losses during blocking mode. This SBR features an instantaneous reverse leakage of just 0.8μA at 25°C and 0.4mA at 175°C. This device is rated for up to 2A Io and a VRRM of 6V. The SBR2M60S1F offers superior Reverse Avalanche and an interlocking clip design for high-surge current capability.
