TE0711-02-42I-1-A FPGA Module

Trenz Electronic TE0711-02-42I-1-A FPGA Module integrates AMD/Xilinx Artix™ 7 35T FPGA, 32MB quad SPI Flash memory, and powerful SMPSs. This module offers a large number of configurable I/Os via rugged high-speed stacking strips. The TE0711-02-42I-1-A FPGA module has a form factor of 4cm x 5cm and is fully mechanically and electrically compatible with each other. This module features onboard a 100MHz MEMS oscillator, high-efficiency DC-DC converters, AES bit-stream encryption, and eFUSE bit-stream encryption. The TE0711-02-42I-1-A module has multiple interfaces including I/Os (84 differential pairs) available on board-to-board connectors, FTDI FT2232H USB 2.0 high-speed to UART/FIFO, and a plug-on module. The plug-on module comes with two 100-pin and one 60-pin razor beam high-speed hermaphroditic terminal/socket strips.
