Nexperia NEVB21-USBC1UL USB Type-C™ ESD Evaluation Board is designed to demonstrate miniaturised ESD protection for USB Type-C ports. The NEVB21-USBC1UL Evaluation Board showcases ESD Protection Diodes in miniature 0.63mm x 0.33mm x 0.25mm DFN0603-3 packages. These devices provide two protection devices in one housing, offering the benefits of TrEOS technology, very low capacitance, very low clamping, and very high robustness. These devices also provide outstanding RF performance on high-speed data lines.
