DCL52x High-Speed Dual Channel Digital Isolators

Toshiba DCL52x High-Speed Dual-Channel Digital Isolators are based on Toshiba's complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) technology. A highly reinforced insulation is achieved by this technology and the magnetic coupling structure. These data channels are available in various configurations with a withstand voltage of 3000VRMS. The Toshiba DCL52x High-Speed Dual Channel Digital Isolators operate within a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and feature a wide supply voltage range of 2.25V to 5.5V.
