MB9B160L 32-Bit ARM® Cortex® MCU
Cypress MB9B160L microcontrollers are highly integrated 32-bit high-performance MCUs designed for embedded controllers. MB9B160L MCUs are based on the ARM® Cortex®-M4F Processor with on-chip flash memory and SRAM. These MCUs have a DMA controller with 8 channels and a DSTC (Descriptor System data Transfer Controller) with 128 channels. MB9B160L MCUs provide peripheral functions such as motor control timers, ADCs (Analog to Digital Converters), and communication interfaces (UART, CSIO, I2C, and LIN). These MCUs have base, dual, watchdog, and multi-function timers. The power supply includes 2.7V to 5.5V wide range voltage and supply for VBAT. Other features include Low-Voltage Detector (LVD), low power consumption mode, RTC (Real-Time Clock), general purpose I/O port, VBAT, and debug.
