BNC & Type F Auto-Terminating Adapters

L-Com BNC and Type F Auto-Terminating Adapters automatically engage an internal resistor when disconnected, eliminating the need to install separate terminators. These adapters eliminate accidental creation of open lines after decoupling while ensuring that critical lines are properly terminated when an attached cable is removed. The connectors offer 75Ω impedance, and options include a T design for signal splitting and a bulkhead design for panel mounting. The construction features a nickel-plated body for enhanced corrosion resistance and a gold-plated center contact to minimize signal loss. L-Com BNC and Type F Auto-Terminating Adapters are ideal for main distribution frames (MDF), intermediate distribution frames (IDF), test environments, and research and development (R&D) applications.
