QPA2962EVB Evaluation Board

Qorvo QPA2962EVB Evaluation Board is designed to evaluate the wideband QPA2962 power amplifier fabricated on Qorvo's QGaN15 GaN on silicon carbide (SiC) process. This power amplifier is designed to operate from 2GHz to 20GHz frequency bandwidth and provides 10W of saturated power with 13dB large signal gain with 22% power-added efficiency at 22V drain bias. The QPA2962EVB evaluation board is built with Rogers 6035HTC dielectric, 0.01" thick, and has 0.5oz. copper on both sides. Qorvo QPA2962EVB Evaluation Board, in combination with the QPA2962 amplifier, is ideal for wideband communication systems, military, electronic warfare, test instrumentation, and radar applications.
