SCT40xKWA N-channel SiC power MOSFETs

ROHM Semiconductor SCT40xKWA N-channel SiC power MOSFETs are fourth-generation MOSFETs that provide low on-resistance and improved short-circuit withstand time. These MOSFETs feature 1200V VDS, fast switching speed, 4.7mm minimum creepage distance, and fast recovery time. The SCT40xKWA MOSFETs are RoHS compliant and simple to drive. Typical applications include induction heating, DC-DC converters, solar inverters, and Switch Mode Power Supplies (SMPS).
