RDK-840Q Evaluation Board

Power Integrations RDK-840Q Evaluation Board is designed to evaluate the INN3977CQ InnoSwitch™3-AQ switch. This evaluation board operates at 30VDC to 550VDC input voltage range, 50mW power with no load, 85% efficiency, and 30W output power. The RDK-840Q evaluation board is used in applications such as battery management systems, climate control and auxiliary converters, main DC-DC converters, onboard chargers, and traction inverters.
