The TLX9160T implements a high voltage MOSFET between output terminals. With a creepage distance on the detector side of 5mm or more, the Toshiba TLX9160T Photorelay is ideal for automotive control applications with a battery voltage of 1000V or less in an environment with a pollution degree.
