S-5611A Programmable Linear Hall Effect Sensor IC

ABLIC S-5611A Programmable Linear Hall Effect Sensor IC provides an analog output voltage proportional to the magnetic flux density based on the VREF pin voltage. This IC features a built-in non-volatile memory and a 2-wire serial interface that allow flexible switching functions and trimming adjustments. The S-5611A linear Hall effect sensor IC comes with a built-in thermal shutdown circuit with a typical detection circuit of 170°C. This IC features a maximum output response time of 2.5µs with a frequency bandwidth of 400kHz. The S-5611A linear Hall effect sensor IC consumes a 19mA current and operates within the -40°C to 125°C temperature range. Typical applications include magnetic core current sensors, linear position detection, and rotation detection.
