SP3130 0.3pF 10KV Bidirectional Discrete TVS
Littelfuse SP3130 Diode Array 0.3pF 10KV 50nA Leakage at 28V includes back-to-back TVS diodes provide protection for electronic equipment that may experience destructive electrostatic discharges (ESD). The SP3130 Diode Arrays from Littelfuse feature a 0.3pF capacitance @ VR-0V and 50nA (max) leakage current at 28V. These low capacitance diodes offer ESD protection of 15±kV contact discharge and ±15kV air discharge to safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes up to the maximum level specified in IEC61000-4-2 international standard without performance degradation. The back-to-back configuration provides symmetrical ESD protection for data lines when AC signals are present.
