51G EMI Gaskets

Laird Technologies 51G EMI Gaskets provide excellent EMI shielding performance. These gaskets are composed of electrically conductive fabric wrapped around a soft urethane foam core. The 51G EMI gaskets are supplied with conductive or non-conductive Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA). These gaskets can be equipped with an Extended Release Liner (ERL) on the adhesive. The 51G EMI gaskets are available in cross-section profiles such as a rectangle, D, C, P, T, knife, bell shapes, and others. These gaskets can be further customized to an application by die-cutting, hole punching, and notching. Laird Technologies 51G gaskets are halogen-free and UL 94V-0-rated products. Applications include cabinet application, LCD and plasma TV, medical equipment, servers, printers, and laptop computers.

Fabric-Over-Foam (FoF) 51G EMI Gaskets

Laird Technologies Fabric-Over-Foam (FoF) 51G EMI Gaskets provide excellent EMI shielding performance where EMI issues occur. These gaskets are composed of electrically conductive fabric wrapped around a soft urethane foam core. The series features <0.07Ω/square low surface resistivity, providing excellent conductivity, extremely low compression forces, and highly conductive fabric. These Laird gaskets also feature >100dB shielding effectiveness across a wide spectrum of frequencies and are RoHS compliant. The gaskets are available in a conductive or non-conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) and can be equipped with an extended-release liner (ERL) on the adhesive. These gaskets are UL 94V-0-rated products that can be created with multiple cross-section profiles, such as rectangle, D, C, P, T, knife, and bell.
